My First Card Class!

I am teaching my first card class in Feb. Here are 3 of the cards I am planning to teach.

The first is a valentine one that started with taking a scrap piece of paper and cutting out a heart using my Creative Memories CCS heart. Then I placed it over some vellum and rubbed white ink using the heart as a stencil. Then I found a heart background from Google. The ribbons are some I have had from Michaels and the heart button is from there also. The white heart brads are probably Making Memories. Main cardstock is light pink.

Card # 2 is Orange Bazill paper. The Giraffe is a Cuttle bug animal that I used scraps for. The Giraffe clip is from my LSS that has the same giraffe on the front this is the back of the magnetic bookmark. The 3 eyelets are sliver. The green and tan card stock are scraps. The stamps are SU suitable for framing set.
Card # 3 is one I made a few years ago at my mom's LSS called the Memory Box in Mora, MN (it is closed now) All the paper is generic or scraps. The Under the Weather is printed off my computer with a free font of the internet. The eyelets are unknown

Welcome Baby Jackson!

This is a card I made for my Sorority Sister who just had her second baby this week. She had a little boy (obviously). The white cardstock is from Walmart. The blue embossed paper is from a scrapbooks store that I bought 8 years ago. I never ended up using it for my baby boy (who is 8 now) so I thought this would be perfect. the ribbon is from $spot at Michaels. The white button brads are from Making Memories. The Circle (color matches the baby blue paper) is stamped with Technique Tuesdays Infinite Wisdom set. I used the baby circle and foot print and punched it with my CM circle punch. I also used the footprint as a border on the inside of the card. Here is an example of that. I darkened it a bit so you could see it better.

Have A Ball!

My son has to got to a birthday party this afternoon/evening. He and his buddies are going to play baseball. This is the card I made using various cardstocks. I used my CM circle punch to make the balls except the Soccer ball which is a Quikcuts Die Cut. The squares are using the biggest CM square punch. I used white and black crayola colored pencils. The red pen is from Stampin Up. The font for have a ball is SP Olive Juice. The star eyelets I believe are Making Memories and the adhesive is 3M double stick tape. The golf ball texture is from the Cuttlebug dots embossing folder and flipped upside down.

All about my stamping, card making, scrapbooking, and other paper crafts.
